About HRM Partners Foundation

The HRM Partners Foundation is the non-profit organization responsible for constructing the sports facilities within the house. The for-profit company, The Athletes Oasis House, will lease the gym from the non-profit. The concept aims to provide a house equipped with a full basketball court, offering kids a secure space for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer, and an after-school program. This serves as a safe haven for stay-at-home moms and a place for children to stay.

Founder and Managing Partner

Martell R Willis

Martell brings a rich basketball background as both player and coach, including coaching youth and international experience in Spain. As a professional player in Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Hungary, he excelled. He achieved collegiate success at Mississippi Valley State University and owns HRM Construction Company. His management skills were honed working with U.S. Military and NATO forces.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Joycelyn Fannin

Joycelyn, with a Master's in Sports Administration, is a prominent figure in DFW basketball. She coached successful girls' teams and contributed to Prime-Time Basketball Tournaments. Her current role as Basketball Director at SWAC Sports Facility benefits from her local sports community connections, aligning with Martell's diverse expertise beyond basketball.
